Accepting New Clients!
Hi! I’m Sarah and I’m passionate about helping others feel their best.
Life is full of many peaks and valleys and we are all climbing our own mountain. Whether you need a little bit of support or you need a toolbox full of tools to reach the top I am there to support you along the way.
As a clinical social worker, I strive to be an advocate for my clients. I use a strengths-based approach throughout sessions because everyone brings a unique background and perspective to therapy.
My own unique life experience has shown me that therapy can be life changing. I aim to show my clients this as well. My personal journey to being a therapist included its own twists and turns. I suffered burn out as a young therapist, but have come back equipped with my own stocked toolbox. I hope to provide my clients with their own individually tailored toolboxes.
My focus is primarily humanistic and I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness as appropriate into sessions. I welcome feedback throughout our time together to best serve you.
In my free time I enjoy climbing up mountains and skiing down them, embroidering jean jackets, making monthly Spotify playlists and picnicking in local parks with friends.
"Every mountain is within reach if you just keep climbing.” - Barry Finlay
